Lower Westchester Real Estate Management Company seeks an experienced, reliable, telephone operator for its repairs division.
The ideal candidate should be experienced fielding calls from tenants in need of repairs and dispatching our field agents and repair personnel to reply to repair calls.
The best candidate will have the poise and maturity to handle the inquiries from tenants which require sensitivity and prompt attention and follow-up. This position requires someone who has the organizational skills to maintain a log of calls and actions taken.
Because to some extent this position involves some crisis management, the ideal candidate will need to possess the maturity and judgment needed to react quickly to possible problems.
Please note that this is a part-time position, with days and hours flexible to suit the needs of both the company and a successful candidate.
